Information
Dato’ Dr. Azizon Othman is a medical doctor by training and currently is a free-lance haematologist. She served as a Consultant Pathologist (Haematology) in HKL, HTJSeremban, Hospital Sultanah Maliha, Langkawi and Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim, Sungai Petani, Kedah.
She is very passionate about training and coaching and is currently the CEO and trainer for LifeVision Resources.
Training Experience
Her post as a consultant and also Head of Department of Pathology for 14 years has opened the opportunity for her to learn and dwell more in the subjects of training, leadership, organizational management and soft skills.
Furthermore, she has shown a keen interest in these areas and has attended few courses including the Organizational Management Course in INTAN and also the Organizational Management Course in The Royal Institute of Public Administration (RIPA), UK. The course in RIPA was a scholarship from the Training Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2007.

She used to be a lead auditor in ISO 9000 at the hospital level and MSQH auditor at the national level, however, now is more active as a technical auditor for ISO 15189 under Standards Malaysia. For all these accreditation programs, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement are important activities. She also joined the CPT Training (batch 68).
